These are the terms and conditions for a promotion related to a survey on the economic impact of Feria Valencia. The promotion is a prize draw, and the winner will receive a gift voucher from Wonderbox. The terms and conditions cover various aspects of the promotion, such as eligibility, prize, selection process, personal data protection, exclusion of responsibility, and acceptance of the terms.
According to the terms and conditions, the promotion is open to individuals UE residents who are 18 years of age or older and who complete the survey on the economic impact of Feria Valencia. The prize is a gift voucher from Wonderbox worth €250, and the winner will be selected at random from among the eligible participants.
Societat Valenciana Fira València S.A, hereinafter Feria Valencia, with address at Avenida de las ferias, s/n, 46035 in Valencia, Spain, organizes a promotional action with a random draw system.
The sweepstakes will take place within the European Union and will be carried out among customers/exhibitors who respond to the questionnaire of the ECONOMIC IMPACT STUDY OF FERIA VALENCIA.”
Feria Valencia is organizing this sweepstakes to encourage Feria Valencia exhibitors/customers to participate in the “Economic Impact Study of Feria Valencia” survey.
This promotional action will be active for exhibitors/customers who respond to the survey form during the days indicated in these rules. There will be ONE (1) drawing:
The promotion is free, so all those who meet the requirements indicated in this clause can participate without the need to pay any additional fee or amount to obtain the prize. To participate in this initiative, the following is required:

Only participations whose questionnaires have completed all questions (completed questionnaire) will be considered valid. Each participant guarantees Feria Valencia the truthfulness of the data provided and will respond to any claim received in case of non-compliance with such guarantee.
Persons linked to Feria Valencia or the Valencian Institute of Economic Research (Ivie), as well as their relatives by affinity and/or consanguinity up to the second degree, cannot participate in the sweepstakes, nor can they benefit from their prizes under any circumstances. If any person ceases to be an employee of the entity during the promotional period, they may not claim a prize if they are winners.
It will be essential to correctly fill in all fields to be able to participate. Feria Valencia reserves the right to reject any registration of its own accord and without prior notice if it appears to be defective. Only one participation per company and one person per company for each event, fair, or congress in which they have been customers or exhibitors will be allowed in each drawing. The same person responsible for an exhibiting company or customer of Feria Valencia can also participate in other sweepstakes provided that all the requirements contained in their corresponding rules are met.”
On the previously indicated dates, the draw will be carried out according to the following mechanics:
In this way, among the exhibitors / sponsors (participating in the survey) of the fairs/events held between the months of January to March, the position of the FOUR (4) emails containing the four (4) lower numbers that will turn out to be the two (2) first winners of the draw (from the first to the second position) will be randomly identified and the two (2) firsts substitutes (one for each prize) that will occupy the following numbers (from the third to the fourth position). And, among the exhibitors / sponsors (participating in the survey) of the fairs held between the months of April to December, the position of the FOUR (4) emails containing the four (4) lower numbers that will be the other two (2) winners of the draw (from the first to the second position) will be randomly identified and the other two (2) substitutes (one for each prize) that will occupy the following numbers (from the third to the fourth position).
In any case, Feria Valencia reserves the right to designate and use any other system that guarantees that the winner of the draw is chosen randomly and by chance.
If Feria Valencia considers that any fraud, deceit, or similar action has been committed in relation to the draw or, on the contrary, any act or omission that may have (in Feria Valencia’s opinion, and which is decisive) a negative effect on the draw, the study and the veracity of the data provided, on Feria Valencia itself and/or on the Ivie and/or on its integrity and/or security, Feria Valencia reserves the right to disqualify those winners and not award them the corresponding prizes.
The period for claiming the draw ends three days after the end of the corresponding participation period.
FOUR (4) prizes will be drawn among all participants, consisting of:
TWO (2) of the identical prizes will be drawn among exhibitors (participating in the survey) of fairs/events held between January to March 2023 and TWO (2) of the identical prizes will be drawn among exhibitors (participating in the survey) of fairs/events held between April to December 2023.
The gift voucher for the prize is called the “Libertad Gift Voucher” and is an online card (redeemable code), anonymous, non-nominative, and transferable (before its final load is made to a Wonderbox account). This voucher is valid exclusively for use in Wonderbox’s online stores, to be determined according to the customer’s country of residence (provided that Wonderbox operates in that country and has gift vouchers available for purchase in that region, such as wonderbox.es, wonderbox.it, wonderbox.pt, wonderbox.nl, wonderbox.de, etc.). The voucher balance will be added to the balance available in a Wonderbox account, so the winner of the draw will need to create a new account if they did not have one previously. Once the balance is loaded into a Wonderbox account, it is not possible to transfer all or part of that balance to any other account. If the voucher amount is higher than the total amount of the product (gift cards, experience packs, trips, etc.), it can be paid in full of the voucher, and the remaining balance would remain in the winner’s Wonderbox account. Any difference between the order amount and the available balance in the winner’s account must be paid by the winner through any other form of payment. The images shown in the communications regarding this draw (whether in emails or on the website) are not contractual images regarding the prizes to be obtained, even though they aim to give an accurate reflection.
Feria Valencia has no affiliation with any brand or company that graphically illustrates the promotion, nor does it attribute any recognition or support to them, which do not participate in this promotion, and wants to emphasize that “Wonderbox” is a registered trademark of a third party completely unrelated to this draw.
Each prize is valued at TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY EUROS (250.00€) (taxes included) + shipping and customization costs, if necessary.
Feria Valencia reserves the right to change the nature of the prize in case it is not possible, for reasons beyond its control. In this case, it undertakes to ensure that the prize is of analogous characteristics to those of the announced prize and/or that its economic value is similar to that of the announced prize.
The winners will receive their prize by courier or email, after the draw takes place. Presumably, between one and two weeks after each draw.
Within a maximum period of one week after each draw, the provisional winner of each of the 4 (four) prizes will be contacted by email. If it is not possible to contact the provisional winner, if they reject the prize, or if they do not respond within a period of 7 days after being notified that they have won, the first alternate will be contacted and the same mechanics and deadlines for contact will apply. This procedure will only take place once per prize, so if it is not possible to contact the second selected person, the prize will be considered void.
The awarding of prizes in this promotion is limited to one (1) prize per winner, up to a maximum of four (4) winners per draw. The prize is personal and non-transferable and in no case can be subject to change, alteration or cash compensation or transfer to third parties at the winner’s request and must be exclusively enjoyed by the winner.
To receive the prize, it will be necessary for the winner to sign the acceptance letter and send it along with a copy of their ID card/passport to the email address provided to them.
The acceptance letter must be filled out in full by the winner and include a copy of their ID card/passport. Failure to sign and return the acceptance letter, or not including a copy of their ID card/passport, will be considered by the organization as NON-ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE (WAIVER). Winners who do not submit the required documents within the indicated deadline will be deemed to have waived the prize. The return of the acceptance letter to the organization without express and unconditional acceptance of the prize by the winners, LIMITED OR CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCES ARE NOT VALID.
The drawing cannot be canceled once the promotion period has started. Feria Valencia has the authority to postpone, modify, cancel, or repeat the promotion and, as a result, awarding the prize due to unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, or to extend the deadline for obtaining data for the study. In this case, the postponement, modification, cancellation, or repetition of the Initiative will be notified to the participants through an annex to these terms and conditions.
Prizes with a value greater than €300 are subject to withholding or payment on account in accordance with the provisions of Law 35/2006, of November 28, which regulates Personal Income Tax (IRPF), as well as the Income Tax Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 439/2007, of March 30. For this purpose, Feria Valencia, as the subject who pays the income subject to withholding or payment on account, is obliged to make the payment of the withholding or payment on account derived from the delivery of said prize. On the other hand, in accordance with the provisions of article 33.1 of the aforementioned Law 35/2006, obtaining a prize of this type constitutes a capital gain for the beneficiary for IRPF purposes, as it gives rise to a variation in the value of their assets demonstrated by a change in their composition. The winner or winners cannot waive the prizes once they have been accepted.
Feria Valencia reserves the right to publish the name and/or image of the winner for promotional purposes if the winner agrees to it. When the time comes, Feria Valencia will request all necessary permissions from the holders in accordance with current legislation.
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Societat Valenciana Fira València S.A, – hereinafter FERIA VALENCIA – informs you that the personal data provided in the form for the Study on the Economic Impact of Feria Valencia will be incorporated into an automated file for which FERIA VALENCIA is responsible, in order to be able to contact you in case you are the winner of the draw. The data requested – full name, telephone number and email address – are necessary to satisfy the purpose indicated and will only be retained until that moment without being used for advertising or any other purpose beyond what is expressed.
Feria Valencia reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided, as well as those relating to the age and identity of the winner before proceeding to award the prize.

Feria Valencia is not responsible for any possible losses, damages, thefts, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties or to the internet that may affect this promotion. Feria Valencia is not responsible for any incidents or events of any kind (such as the inability to register the data of a participant, interruption or loss of connection…) that are caused by a failure in the survey platform, on the Feria Valencia website, or in relation to the use of Wonderbox gift vouchers in their respective online stores, nor for incidents that have their origin in cases of force majeure derived from causes such as a breakdown in the telephone, computer, or electricity network caused by external natural agents (atmospheric, weather), or due to a deficient provision of the service by the companies supplying it or those responsible for sending the prize.
The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the user fully accepts the conditions of these legal rules, which will be published under the domain of feriavalencia.com.
These rules are governed by Spanish Law. Participants accept that any controversy that may arise from the interpretation or execution of the rules will be expressly submitted to the criteria of Feria Valencia, and if an extrajudicial solution is not possible, they expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and/or Tribunals of Valencia, Spain.
